Step 1

Apply online

Pick your event, tell us what you sell, and upload permits or insurance if you have them.

Step 2

We review

The events committee reviews applications weekly and emails you an approval decision.

Step 3

Pay & set up

Approved vendors get a secure booth-fee link, load-in times, and your booth assignment.

Vendor questions

What does a booth cost?
Fees vary by event and are shown as soon as you select an event below. SSDBA members receive a discounted rate through the member dashboard.
What do I need to bring?
Your own 10x10 tent with weights, tables, chairs, and signage. Food vendors need a current health permit and fire extinguisher.
Is power available?
Limited electrical is available on the square. Check the power box on the form and we'll do our best to place you near an outlet.
When will I hear back?
